Mira Keum (1966, Chonju) is a Korean born and educated painter and sculptor.
Her works have been exhibited in over 20 expositions on three continents.
Techniques used are oil paint on canvas or multilayer rice paper.
One can very often recognise womanhood and spiritual source as themes across the works.
After giving birth to a son(2001) and a daughter(2002), Mira Keum created various motherhood scenes. She also exhibited first wire-mesh installations (2020).
